Benefits of Low-Volume Manufacturing
Many of our customers choose low-volume production to allow for flexibility in customization and design changes, to test the market, and for cost savings. This is especially true if we have already worked with them on creating the initial prototype of a new design idea. With our fast, low-volume manufacturing process, you can have your parts quickly. When you need more we will have your tool on hand ready to go. This will ensure you save time every time.
Low-volume Manufacturing Services
With high quality equipment and services in-house including CNC machining centers, plastic injection molding, 3D printing and more you will receive the best results every time.
Plastic Injection Molding
Our plastic injection molding service is ideal for making multiple copies of parts in plastic up to 100,000+. We have a wide range of plastics available to be injected.
3D Metal Printing
We use a state-of-the-art Renishaw AM250 3D metal printer to offer 3D metal printing in titanium, aluminum and stainless steel.
Pressure Die Casting
Pressure Die Casting is used when making multiple copies of cast parts in aluminum, zinc or magnesium. We make molds in-house from H-13 tool steel, using CNC machining and EDM/wire EDM.
Using our imported 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers our skilled machinists can make CNC milled and turned parts in aluminum, stainless and mild steel, brass, titanium, magnesium and many types of plastic.
